15yrs old Freshman in High School, 400m=61; 800m=2:14; 1500=5:00; 2m=10:59; 5K=17:31;  and 2007 Utah state XC Champ

 


Short-Term Running Goals:

This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

I am soooooo Happy I got out there felt rested and energetic then ran a great race. There was a kid I have never raced against before and he took second seven seconds behind me. The course was a tad slow today because the grass was frozen and long, and I had to lead the whole way with no one to push me. AM - 2 miles easy

PM - Crazy run today I went out to run and did 1.5 mile warm up then on the track did a 2:42 then 2:48 for the 800's but my watch ran out of batteries after second one other two felt the same pushing wise. My watch was also glitchey because the batteries were running low. Did 1.5 mile cool down the 1.5 with brother Jared.

I also got a shot today so my arm really hurt in the run.

PM - I was as sick as a dog today I came home early from school and have been taking pain killers all day. I did 2 miles by myself then 1.5 miles with my brother Jared.

AM - 2 miles in the am

PM -  Time to do a work out I did 8x 100 hard 100 medium. My splits for the fast 100's were as following,18, 19, 19, 19, 18, 19, 18, 18. also did a 2 mile warm up and 1.5 cool down.

Did all my run in the PM today did about a 3 mile warm up then did a mile real fast at 5:50 then a half mile rest and ran another mile at 6:00. So I did this at the end of a very hard week.Today  was my highest non- stop run ever.

1.2 mile warm up then ran a not so good race I really did not feel good my arms would not operate with me and all my upper body was just stiff and my body did not agree with me. But I still quallifed to go to nationals and I will train and hopfully come back and beat all those people who beat me. 2 mile cool down then later 2 more miles

AM - Ran in the cold race I mentally gave up in four mile so it was more like a tempo not a race. Then later did the mile race in 5:45 so that was pretty good.

AM - I did the cadet Game ball run today with my dad and the cadets. the u cadets ran the ball to the point of the mountain than we ran it to Lavell Edward's stadium. I ran 7.5 with them. Goooooooooooo!!!!!! COUGARS
