| I ran the Payson 5k today. Although I did not feel the best today I still got a new PR of 19:39 and finished in the top 10 overall. My spilts were 6:15, 6:26 and 6:25. So at the end of today I have 2 PR's for 5k 19:39 and 2 miles 12:41. | Comments(3) |

| I had a great race especially aftefr running a race yesterday. Started out with the front 6 and in the middle passed two people i have not beat in previos races towrds the end of the middle tryed to pass another but then he surged so I surged again and passed him for good ended up 3rd overall and 1st in the midget age group with a time of 7:42. I think today was a pretty good confidence builder for me. (did a 1.25 mile warm up then. then a 2.2 cool down | Add Comment |
