This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

drove to the hilly part of provo river trail ran up 2.5 miles in20:02 down in 18:43 after that did 6 100 meter strides and my form drills highest milage week in my life !!!!!!!!!! and I am already at 100 miles this month!!!!!

Congratulations!!! I'm impressed with someone so young being so dedicated to a sport, particularly running. It takes a special kind of person to run distance, in my humble opinion!!! LOL

Yeah I ran Mill Creek a couple times for 9 to 10 miles. I like running next to water with trees more than city streets. Maybe sometime I can come and run the Provo River with you. You are really training well - I mainly do stuff with my track club but they only do it for an hour,I also do field events in track and have basketball camps
