I wanted to do a track work out today but when I ran down to the track it was being used by the Timpview marching band so I just ran past in front of her school then ran up quail run. later ran down very steep hill then ran up the temple street and to my house me and my dad found measured the course online and found out it was 6.01 miles so it was a nice very hilly workout.
