This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

Orem Thanksgiving Day run 4 miler. Ran 4 miles in 28:43. Mile splits were 6:52, 7:11, 7:37, 7:03. Ran 1m and 2m PRs 6:52, 14:03. Close to 5K pr at 22:20.

Ran 1 mile warm-up and then two miles on track at Timpview then 1 mile back up hill to my house. Timed the eight laps on track (2 miles) in 13:29 which is a new PR for me. I did not think I was running that fast.
