15yrs old Freshman in High School, 400m=61; 800m=2:14; 1500=5:00; 2m=10:59; 5K=17:31;  and 2007 Utah state XC Champ

This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

Ran to dads office at BYU and back. 2.1 miles down then 2.1 miles up! Ran it in 30 minutes.

Ran 1 mile warm-up and then two miles on track at Timpview then 1 mile back up hill to my house. Timed the eight laps on track (2 miles) in 13:29 which is a new PR for me. I did not think I was running that fast.
