This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

AM: Yet again another 2 miles in the morning

PM: another 2 with Jared than 4 on my own in 27:47

This is heading to be one of my highest if not my highest week ever, but I have been very tired this week this mileage is pretty hard.

good job on getting the milage up there. It does get a bit tiring, I know that is what I am experiencing right now. Tired legs, but it goes and you feel stronger for it. Great job and keep up the good work. You dad said you had a great PR on you 4 mile run. Quite impressive.
