So did a one mile warm up and then went in the race felling good and I was OK. At the beginning I got shoved and boxed in at the beginning. And also at the end of the race i felt really relaxed and eased. I think I could of done 30+ seconds better. I think after what happened in Regionals my mental capabilitys fell so I am still regaining it but I think I will hop back and do GREAT in Nationals What I hate the most is that Cal had a lot of rain so the 2 mile mud course was about above th ankle. and of course the wimp Cal people changed the course to a all road course. It is XC it is going to be Muddy.
