15yrs old Freshman in High School, 400m=61; 800m=2:14; 1500=5:00; 2m=10:59; 5K=17:31;  and 2007 Utah state XC Champ

This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

PM - ran 2 miles for a warm up then I started my 5 x 1000 repeats they were as following...

3:32, 3:32, 3:37, 3:39, 3:38

towards the end we got a head wind and it started SNOWING I hate it!!!

But this was my last really hard work out before Footlocker and Nationals

3 miles in Cal today I can really feel the altatude difference in the breathing.

So did a one mile warm up and  then went in the race felling good and I was OK. At the beginning I got shoved and boxed in at the beginning. And also at the end of the race i felt really relaxed and eased. I think I could of done 30+ seconds better. 

I think after what happened in Regionals my mental capabilitys fell so I am still regaining it but I think I will hop back and do GREAT in Nationals 

What I hate the most is that Cal had a lot of rain so the 2 mile mud course was about above th ankle. and of course the wimp Cal people changed the course to a all road course. It is XC it is going to be Muddy.
