AM- started with a 2 mile w/up than ran the 5k felt really tired because I of my really tough running schedule. The majority of the 5k was up hill it was a really tough course. So didn't run a great time it was 20:57. My age group was 12-16 and I got second the person that beat me was 16 and got a time of 17:58 so he was really fast. I all so one a drawing I got a cool alpaca hair made winter hat imported from peru, and a mini tent for my little turning 4 tommorow brother. Later ran 2 miles with my brother and 1 more on my own.

Good job James. This was meant to be a tempo run and you did well after a tough week. Keep up the training and you will be ready to fly in a couple weeks.
