15yrs old Freshman in High School, 400m=61; 800m=2:14; 1500=5:00; 2m=10:59; 5K=17:31;  and 2007 Utah state XC Champ

 


Short-Term Running Goals:

This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

AM-  Yes once again 2 miles with my brother this morning at around 8:30 pace average

PM- 4 more miles still a little tired so went a easy 8:00 pace for the rest of my miles and maybe if I feel a little better tommorow then I will push it a bit harder like 6-7:00 pace

AM- 2 miles with my brother this cold morning

PM- 4 more miles on my own and I ended up averaging about 7 min pace with the first 2 miles being 8-7:00 pace and the last 2 7-6:00 pace so I pushed it harder today

AM- as always a easy 2 miles with Jared this morning.

PM- Decided to go a little slower today ended up being a little under 8:00 average which is about the pace I ran the whole time

AM- Ran with my brother 2 miles

PM- 4 more on my own on a lot of hills and tried to push the hills hard and go relaxed on the flat/down hill parts

PM- All my miles later in the 2 with my brother and my dad at 8:00 pace then 1.5 at 6:15 pace and easy .5 in the middle then 1 more mile in 6:02

So considering the short mileage it was a fairly easy day for me just trying to get used to a little bit of speed.

AM- Ran 2 with my brother at a very slow pace

PM- just an average run 4 miles pushed it but didn't push it hard so an easy day for me.

PM- Ran 4 more miles when I came home from school in the cold snow

PM- Ran 10 time 1:00 easy 1:00 hard during my 4 mile run so just getting a little bit of speed in to get ready for track training

PM- Easy day today 4 miles flatish at 8:00 pace

PM- ran 4 more miles at sub 7:00 pace so a harder easy day for me

PM- Went to the indoor track with my dad a Jared, ran his 2 miles in 15:07, then ran 14 times 225m repeats(2 miles worth) all were 42-43 seconds then ran 2 miles cool down in 15:00 flat

I  ran it all this morning because I have a camp out right after school the reason I didn't run as much is because I will be snow shoeing up hill for several hours to get to our camp out spot so I think running short today is perfectly fine
