This Track Season 4:50 mile; 2:10, 800; 10:35, 2 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

My race today was awesome I felt great!! Did a mile warm up then got

ready to race this race was on grass. I beat the course record with a

time of 5:31. The old record was 5:33 held by Russel Isom, and before

that Josh Rohatinsky. Afterwards I did 5 more mile easy with my dad.
